The Gokyo Valley is perhaps the most spectacular valley in the Everest trekking region. The trail to Gokyo Lake has a network of small lodges which have recently seen big improvements in food and accommodation facilities.

The main highlight of the trips are sensational Ngozumpa Glacier, one of the largest Glacier in the Khumbu, the beautiful lake at Gokyo, and the side trek to the top of Gokyo Kang (5360m) from where most spectacular views of Mount Cho-Oyu (8152m), Makalu (8475m), Lhotse (8511m) and of course, Mt.
